You can cancel an appointment by logging into your account, going to 'My Bookings' and clicking the 'Cancel' button next to the relevant appointment. Please note the cancellation conditions of the provider.

You can become a provider by going to the 'Become Provider' page and filling out the registration form. After verification of your details, you can create your profile and offer treatments.
Are all providers certified?
We verify the basic details of all providers, but certifications vary by discipline. On each provider's profile you can see which certifications and qualifications they have.
How does the payment process work?
Payments are processed securely through our platform. You can pay with iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. The amount is only transferred to the provider after your appointment.
